This was one of the first vessels I ever threw successfully on the potters wheel.
Coated inside and out with three coats of Amaco River Rock. This has been my most successful efforts with the River Rock glaze. On the Earthstone E/S5 clay that I normally throw with it has a much more flat, orange effect. Here it has a lot of interest, breaking into blacks and browns.
Amaco River Rock, 3 coats over buff clay. Matt and varied on the outside of a bowl.
